This is my first big attempt in ernest at a full-fledged multi-instrument progressive metal kind of composition. It's been a learning experience and I've certainly found some limitations, but also some open doors to walk through at a later time. Several tubers and tentacles have branched out due to this piece of music and I'm very excited to continue the explorative process. This song was recorded over four days at about six hours per day. The tediousness of the process will certainly get easier as I continue to get more comfortable with the terrain. Anyhow, I'm very pleased with the sounds here and I hope you can get some enjoyment out of it as well. Cheers! Off to the races...
